Mi padre está jubilado y también le encanta hacer mil cosas, y entre ellas también estan hacer reproducciones de pueblos, belenes y edificios. Este es su último diorama, una mezcla de estilos. Una especie de palacio romano con el pueblo a fuera. Tiene luces como veis y la fuente tiene agua de verdad. Hay mucho cristal, madera, yeso... Ya os iré enseñándo otros de sus trabajos. Espero que os gusten;-)
My father is retired and also he loves doing thousand of things with his hands, and among alls this different interests are to build little villages, Christmas Nativity scenes and buildings. This is his last scene, a mixture of styles. A kind of Roman palace with the village outside. It has lights as you see and the fountain has water indeed. It has been build with crystal, wood, plaster... Soon, I will show others to you of his works. Hope you like it ;-)

Today my gift for David has arrive to its new house. Althoug it needs a frame, you can see that is made with sands and paper napkins. To make a happy room to this small baby who prompt will be born.

Hace un tiempecito encargué a Júlia, una amiga de la blogosfera, de Un mundo de ilusión, un álbum de fotos para una de mis mejores amigas, Anna, que cumplia 40 años el 28 de Febrero. Anna tiene un niña pequeña, Mi guapísima Laia, y hasta este fin de semana no pudimos vernos y darle su regalo. Le encantó y es que fué hecho especialmente para ella. Si tenéis que hacer un regalo especial no dejéis de pasar por la tienda de Júlia Mes petits trésors.
Júlia nos regaló esa cosita bonita para Laia, una horquilla para el pelo.
A couple of months ago I entrusted Júlia, a friend of the blogosphere, of A world of illusion, a Photo album for one of my best friends, Anna, that turned 40 years on February 28. Anna has one small daughter, my most prettiest Laia, and up to this weekend we could not meet and give her this special gift. She was charmed with it because it was done specially for her. If you have to do a special gift do not forget to see Júlia shop: Mes petits trésors.
Júlia gave us this cute little thing for Laia, a pitchfork for the hair.
Mi primer intercambio está en marcha y no es de miniaturas. Es de manualidades y es con Anabel que está esperando su cuarto hijo, David, y quería algo para el bebé. Yo todavía estoy terminando su regalo pero ayer llegó el suyo. Una preciosa bandeja de cristal con decoupage y craquelada en blanco y en oro. Absolutamente fantástica que hará la envidia de mis invitados cuando la saque con galletas o dulces. Mil gracias Anabel. No olvidéis visitar su blog donde podéis ver, aprender gracias a los tutorials y comprar en una preciosa tienda.My first SWAP is ongoing and it is not related with miniatures. It is about hand made crafts and is with Anabel that she is expecting her fourth child, David, and wants something for the baby. I am finishing his gift but yesteday arrive a parcel with a lovely glass tray with decoupage and craqueled (Is this spanglish? LOL) with white and gold. I am sure that the tray would be the envy of my guests when I use it with cookies and sweets. Thanks Anabel. Solo decir que el miércoles murió Emilio en un terrible accidente de coche. El marido de una muy buena amiga, padre de dos niños pequeños y fantástica persona. Solo tenía 37 años.
Yo no dejo de pensar en él y en su familia, con esta horrible tristeza que lo invade todo.
Y desde aquí le envio un beso enorme donde quiera que esté.
Last Wednesday, Emilio died in a terrible car accident. He was one of my good friend's husband, father of two young kids and a very nice guy. He only had 37 years old.
I can not stop of thinking about him and his family with this huge sadness that is everywhere.
From here I want to send a huge kiss to him wherever he is.

The gift-prize from Hanna has arrived today!!! It is the cat and is so cute, perfect. Better in reality than in picture. Hanna is a very talented woman and I am very lucky. You make me happy today!!!!! Thank you so much Hanna!!! When I started this blog 7 months ago I never could expect nothing similar. I don't know if I could express in English my feelings properly but, during 7 months I have met a lot of people and make some friends, this is my second gift from other miniaturist (the first one was from Eva-tatalamaru :-)), I am participating in a chain favour and in a SWAP (I hope this is the correct word in English when you send and also receive gifts). And I never thought that my "hand made crafts" could interest someone...and look! I have followers, comments and visitors. I am shocked!! And I like this world, blogosphere, I like to visit others blog and to learn and to share things and feelings because everything is done by heart. Thank to ALL of you for giving me such a lot of good things.

Hoy es el dia Internacional del libro pero donde yo vivo es Sant Jordi, día del libro y de la rosa.
Donde todo el mundo sale a la calle a buscar la rosa y el libro para la persona amada. Un dia de lectura pero también muy romántico. A MI ME ENCANTA. Hoy trabajo hasta tarde así que me perderé bastante el ambiente a fiesta que se sule respirar en las calles repletas de puestos de libros y de rosas de todos los colores y medidas que perfuman el ambiente.
Las rosas que he recibido (foto) son de mi hijo Arnau, de mi marido Àlex, de la empresa y de mis compañeros de trabajo.

Today it is the International day of the book but where I live, is Sant Jordi (Saint George), day of the book and of the rose.
Everybody goes out to the street to look for the rose and the book for the loved person (your wife, your mum, your boyfriend...). A reading day but also a very romantic day. I LOVE THIS DAY. Today I work until evening so I will miss the environment to party that it is easy to breath in the streets full with stands of books and roses of all the colors and sizes that perfume the environment.
In the picture you can see the roses that today I have received: from my son Arnau, from my husband Àlex, from the company where I work and from my work colleagues.
