Vacaciones - Vacation

¡Pues sí! Hoy por fin me voy de vacaciones unos días a Menorca. ¡¡Que ganas tenía!! Volveré el 3 de Septiembre y no hasta entonces no tendré acceso a Internet, así que no podré responderos. Pero cuando vuelva me pondré las pilas y seguiré con la escena marinera (os dejo como está hasta el momento) Sed Buen@s. :)


Yepeeeeee!!! Today we will travel to Menorca (one of the Balearian Island in the Mediterranean sea). A beautiful place as you can see in the picture.
I will come back on September 3rd. So until then I will not have acces to Internet and I will no be able to answer you. But when I will do it when I come back and I hope to work again with my nautical roombox. I post a picture of how it is so far. See you soon!

Nuevo blog - New blog

Pues sí!! estreno blogs de premios y otras cosas.

Un barquito chiquitito - A little ship

Había una vez Un barquito chiquitito...¿os acordais de la canción? Pues me viene perfecta para enseñaros mi última aportación a mi escena nautica. El barquito está hecho con media cáscara de pistacho...así reciclamos!
Por cierto, he bautizado el barco con el nombre de mi hijo, Arnau :)

There is a children Spanish song that talks about a little ship...That is perfect to show you my last mini for the nautical roombox: A little ship made with a half shell of pistachio. I love to recycle!!
By the way, I have baptized the ship with the name of my son, Arnau:)

I am happy because have been published two of my little work, My Fairies' Forest in the blog of Sumaiya Mehreen " The Fantasy Forest ". A blog where Sumaiya share mini-works related with the fantasy and the fairy-tales. If you want to dream, go to it. Escena con aire marinero y mediterráneo - A sailor roombox with Mediterranean air

Al final terminé la mesita con el sobre de mosaico para la escena de aire marinero. También he empezado a hacer algunos objetos de decoración como la peana del caracol marino y un intento de lámpara marinera. si la vieses de cerca veriais que no es la cosa mejor hecha del mundo pero es mi primera vez. Si me sale mejor la segunda os la enseñaré....je,je...sino no....o buscaré una lámpara más fácil de hacer..je,je ;-)

Finally I has finished my table with mosaic for the Sailor roombox. I have start to make some decoration items like the sea snail and a sailor lamp. The lamp is my first attempt and if you look it closer is not the best thing that I have done in my life...LOL...but it is the first one. I will show you the second one...only if it is better...if not I would search for another easier type of lamp...LOL ;-)

I have discovered a new world with blogs that it fills me and allows me to feed my creativity. The blogs are exciting and full of talented and wonderful people. So, Let's go to celebrate it with a little gift!
I am going to draw this box of tea (normal size) with some stuff for doing crafts inside and some mini as the cake, enamel and other things that you see in the picture with some little surprise.
There are no rules, if you want to post it in your blogs, thanks and going ahead, but nothing happens if you you do not want to do it. Can take part everybody who likes my things.

Mis trabajos en Mundominiaturas - My work in Mundominiaturas

Hoy me gustaría enseñaros una tienda online de miniaturas: Mundominiaturas, un mundo de fábula. Te pueden diseñar y crear la casita de tus sueños y además puedes adquirir preciosos muebles y miniaturas de una gran calidad, donde el talento aparece en todos los productos. No dejéis de pasearos por ella porque os quedareis con la boca abierta. A mi por ejemplo me encantan sus colchas de patchwork y los biombos...

Hace un tiempo, su propietaria Rosa, contacto conmigo porque tienen una sección llamada Galería de fotos amigos de la miniaturas, por si ella podía poner algunos de mis trabajos. Y ahí están al lado de gente con mucho más talento que yo, así pues me siento feliz ;-)

Today I would like to tshow you a shop that sells miniatures online. It is called Mundominiaturas, a world of fable. They can design and create the dollhouse of your dreams and in addition you can acquire beutiful furniture and miniatures of a great quality, where the talent appears in all the products. Have to look and you will remain with the mouth open. For example I am charmed with the quilts of patchwork and the screens...

A time ago, her owner Rosa, contact me because they have a section called Gallery of photos of the friends of miniatures. She asked me my authorization to publish some of my works. And finally Rosa didi it and there they are next to people with much more talent than I, so I feel happy;-)

El trabajo de mi padre - My father's work

Mi padre está jubilado y también le encanta hacer mil cosas, y entre ellas también estan hacer reproducciones de pueblos, belenes y edificios. Este es su último diorama, una mezcla de estilos. Una especie de palacio romano con el pueblo a fuera. Tiene luces como veis y la fuente tiene agua de verdad. Hay mucho cristal, madera, yeso... Ya os iré enseñándo otros de sus trabajos. Espero que os gusten;-)

My father is retired and also he loves doing thousand of things with his hands, and among alls this different interests are to build little villages, Christmas Nativity scenes and buildings. This is his last scene, a mixture of styles. A kind of Roman palace with the village outside. It has lights as you see and the fountain has water indeed. It has been build with crystal, wood, plaster... Soon, I will show others to you of his works. Hope you like it ;-)

Escena con aire marinero y Mediterráneo - A sailor roombox with Mediterranean air

El otro día revisando material que tenía guardado empecé a encontrar detallitos relacionados con el mar. Así que pensé en hacer una pequeña escena (una composición) marinera y muy Mediterranea. Muy blanca y azul. Aquí tenéis un esbozo. Pronto haré las paredes, suelo, ventana con vistas al Mediterráneo de Cadaqués (precioso pueblo marinero del Empordà en Girona), donde el gran pintor Salvador Dalí se retiraba a descansar y a pintar con su amada Gala.
Y yo soy muy Mediterranea...mi pequeño mar.

The other day I was checking old stored stuff and I found little items related to the sea. So I thought to do a small sailor scene (a composition), and very Mediterranean. White and blue basically. Here you have a draft. Soon I will do the walls, floor, the window with a view to Mediterranean sea in Cadaqués (beautiful and seaworthy village located in L'Empordà in Girona), where the great painter Salvador Dalí was painting and living with his dear wife Gala.
And I am very Mediterranean too...my small sea.

Más cajas - More canisters

Como tengo muy poco tiempo últimamente, intento seguir tutoriaesl y hacer pequeñas cosas. Aún soy muy nueva en este mundillo y quiero aprender. El otro día vi que Rossana había hecho unas preciosas cajas siguiendo el imaginativo tutorial de Casey con los tubos de los Tampax. Y quise probar. Aquí tenéis el resultado. A ver que os parecen, ya veis que se pueden abrir y cerrar. yo creo que tienen muchas posibilidades y que cada uno puede darle su toque.

I do not have too much time to do miniatures so I try to do little stuff following tutorial. Because I need to learn, I am so new in this world.
Some days ago I saw wonderful canisters in the Rossana's blog following the imaginative Casey's tutorial with a Tampax tube. I wanted to check if I could do it. Here it is the result. There are a lot of different possibilities!!!

Cajas metálicas esmaltadas - Enamelware

Mesa de jardinería - Gardening Table

Siguiendo un maravilloso tutorial de Leo Furtado, gran maestro de las miniaturas, he realizado esta mesa con pinzas de la ropa. He aprovechado algunos útiles de jardineria que ya tenía aunque he modificado repintando y decorando la caja con los sobres de semillas. Y he hecho los botes que estan en la repisa inferior.

Following the wonderful tutorial of Leo Furtado, a miniatures master, I have done this table with chothespins. At home I had some old gardening staff althogh I have repainted and modified the box with seeds and pots.
New miniatures are the two enamelware.
