La escena del cirujano - Surgeon Scene

Por fin termine la escena regalo para mi cirujano, un buen tipo que me cuidó cuando lo necesitaba.
Espero dárselo la semana que viene envuelto en una gran caja.
La he echo en clave humorística pensando en su fino sentido del humor y porque me parece que el buen humor es una de las mejores medicinas.
