Mercado artesano - Open air handcraft market

Me gustaría empezar dando las gracias por las tantísimas muestras de cariño y soporte por el fallecimiento de mi madre. Hay días más duros que otros y pienso en ella constantemente. Tiempo al tiempo.
Por otro lado la misma semana del funeral supe que al fin con la venta de mi división de la compañía donde trabajo, yo soy una de las que no pasa a los nuevos compradores ya que son más pequeños. Así que el día 4 de Enero estaré en paro...je, je vaya semanita tuve...
Ahora toca plantearse cosas...tal vez una oportunidad....de momento incrementaremos mi trabajo con las miniaturas e intentaremos crecer en este mundo. Y ya veremos...siempre intentando lucir una sonrisa.


I would like to start by thanking all the messages with affection and support that I have received because my mother passed away. Some days are very tough and I think on her in every moment but...I need just time.
On the other hand the same week of the funeral, my boss had to explain that finaly I have lost my job because of the sell of the company. The news buyers are smaller and they not need all the people...What a nasty week...LOL So on January 4th I will be on the dole, out of work.
Now it is time to consider things...maybe an opportunity....I wiil increasemy time with miniature and try to grow in this world...and we will see...always trying to wear a smile.

Hoy, como cada primer sábado de mes, he ido al mercado de Artesanos de Valldoreix (Sant Cugat) que ha ido estupendamente. Mis compañeras de la mesa de al lado que hacen vitrales y objetos en vidrio super bonitos, me han regalo este precioso ciclamen (¡que guapas son!) para alegrarme un poco.

En 15 días volvemos con la Feria de Navidad de artesanos, 17 y 18 de Diciembre, allí en el Casal de Cultura de Valldoreix. Hoy ha sido un buen día, con ventas, viejos amigos, sol aunque con mucho viento.

Today, as every first Saturday of the month, I have participate in the Open air handcraft market in Valldoreix (close to Barcelona in Spain). My colleagues from the table next to me, that make stained glass and beautiful glass items, have given me this pretty cyclamen as a gift to cheer me up! 

In 15 days we will come back with the Xmas handcraft market.

Today has been a good market with sales, old friends, sunny although too much windy.

Mi mercado de Navidad - My Christmas market

Siento haber estado un poco desaparecida de la blogosfera pero la verdad es que iba muy ocupada entre mi vida real y porque preparaba mi participación en el mercado navideño de artesanía que se celebró el pasado fin de semana. Los dos días, Sábado y domingo, fueron soleados y no muy fríos y por suerte las ventas fueron muy bien. Estoy muy contenta. Tuvimos chocolate deshecho para calentarnos las manos y el cuerpo, talleres infantiles y de circo, sardanas....

Podéis ver fotos del sábado y del domingo con algunas cosas diferentes.

I have been a little bit out of the blogland because I was so busy with my real life and because I was preparing my participation in the Artisan Christmas market this last weekwnd. Both days, Saturday and Sunday, were beautiful sunny days, not too much cold and I had good sales. I am really happy. We had too, circurs spectacles, music, children activities....

You can see pictures from Saturday and from Sunday with some different items. 

Mesa de fantasía para Navidad y Mercado artesano - Christmas fantasy table and Artisan market

Os enseño una mesa de fantasía para una fiesta de Navidad  que he terminado. Fijaos debajo la mesa, las ramas con hojas del tronco sostiene la mesa.
Hay galletas con forma de abeto, gingerbreads, galletas de corazones y flores glaseadas, dulces, un pastelito con un muñeco de nieve y la casita de Navidad. Las galletas están en platos de cerámica y la tetera es perfecta para una fiesta elegante.
 Está ya en mi tienda Etsy para quien quiera darse el capricho. Para la gente española, si el inglés o Etsy no os inspira confianza, solo enviadme un email y lo arreglamos. VENDIDA


Finally I have finished a Christmas fantasy picnic table. Notice the branches with leaves that are under the surface. It is like a real tree supporting everything needed for a Christmas party

Perfect for rustic dollhouse, fairy mini gardens or a fantasy roombox.
It is full of delicious sweets, chocolate cake with snowman, different kind of cookies like the one with Christmas tree shape, heart chocolate sweets, candies, a wonderful gingerbread house, gingerbread cookies...All with delicious icing.
The teapot is elegant and perfect for a Christmas party.The dishes where the cookies are placed are made by beautiful ceramics.

Y este sábado, en un día precioso, fui a mi segundo mercado artesano

And yesterday, in a wonderful y sunny day, I went to my second artisan market

Esta vez vendí más o menos igual, miniaturas que bisutería

This time I sold fifty-fifty miniatures and handmade jewellry 

La mayoría de las cestas que no vendí y el carro de verduras las subiré a Etsy a lo largo de la semana
The baskets that I did not sell and the vegetable cart will be listed in Etsy during this week

¡Y tuve visita! de Yolanda y Eva (teddy y tatalamaru en los foros). Que alegría me dieron. También pasaron por allá Marián y Flors, ambas compañeras de trabajo. Gracias a todas :)

Verduras para el Mercado artesano - Vegetables for the artisan market

Este sábado 6 de Noviembre volveré al Mercado artesano de Valldoreix (Barcelona) a vender mis collares y mis miniaturas. Quien pueda acercarse será muy bienvenido-a.

Os dejo con algunas de las miniaturas que habrá a la venta, como siempre hechas por mi

This coming Saturday 6th November I will sell my miniatures and jewellry in a Artisan Market close to Barcelona.

The following pictures are some of the miniaturesthat I will sell there, as always made by me.

Un carro con leña, un saco de patatas, un repollo, calabazas, una tina de barro llena de aceitunas, setas, una cestita de zanahorias, berenjenas y un par de tomates.

A cart full of vegetables and  fuelwood, a sack of potatoes, a cabbage, gourds, a mud tub plenty of olives, mushrooms, a small basket with carrots, aubergines and a couple of tomatoes.

Una mesa de café como la que hice con un juego de te en forma de calabaza y unas galletitas de fresa.
Another fantasy coffe table with a pumkin set and strawberry cookies.

Y cestas de varias formas, colores y tamaños llenas de verduras. Un par de cestas ya están reservadas.

And baskets of several shapes, colors and sizes, filled of vegetables. A couple of baskets are already reserved.

Habrá más cosas pero aún no están terminadas. La otra vez me lo pasé genial así que ya voy contenta.

There will be more things but still they are not finished. Last artisn market was great, I had a lot of fun so it worths it.

Un poco de fantasía - A little bit of fantasy

Una pequeña mesa de café con un poco de fantasía...una calabaza llena de zumo de fresa con sus tacitas a juego, unos dulces y unas galletas con glaseado de fresa. Un regalo para una niña.
Probablemente haré otra parecida para poner a la venta.

A small coffe table with a little bit of fantasy...a pumpkin full of strawberry juice with the small cups, sweets and biscuits with strawberry icing. A gift for a young lady.
Probably I will do another one for being sold.

Nuevas minis - New minis

He recibido un par de mails mostrando interés por los artículos que llevé al mercado artesano. Así que pongo fotos más claras de los que no se vendieron y volveré a llevar y de las nuevas cosas que tengo hechas hasta ahora.

Si os interesa alguno, como siempre, me escribís y llegaremos seguro a  un acuerdo :) Ya están a la venta en mi tienda Etsy.

I have received few e-mails showing interests for the items that I put on sale in the artisan market. Here you have clear pictures of the items that were not sold and the new ones that I have done so far.

If you have interest in someone just email-me and we will arrive an arrengement, sure :)  They are listed in my Etsy shop.

Los tronquitos son para decorar macetas con flores, para hacer mini jardines, para regalar y dar suerte (son las hadas de la suerte), para escenas de fantasía o simplemente para dar un toque de color y alegría a la casa.

The tiny logs are for decorating your pots with flowers, to make mini-gardens, as a gift, for giving luck (they are fairies of luck) or just to give color and happiness to your home.

Las cestitas contienen calabazas, repollos, setas, patatas, zanahorias...desde 4 a 7€


The tiny baskets contain pumpkins, cabbages, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots...from 4 to 7€

Las dos siguientes, las más grandes están ya vendidas.

The next two, the larger one are already sold

Y esto es un avance....je, je...como me gusta hacer cositas nuevas. Ya veies es un carro que compré hace un par de meses. De momento solo con un saco de patatas, un repollo y calabazas. Y la jarra de barro donde iran aceitunas...ya lo iré llenando.

And this is ongoing, as you can see is a  cart that I bought a couple of months ago. I love to do new minis :)
So far, it only contains a potatoes sack, a cabagge, three pumpkins and a recepient for the olives (I have to do the olives...)....next time I will show you complete and finished.

 Y esto será otra mesa de picnic para un jardín de hadas o para hacer un mini jardín bonito en cualquier casa de muñecas...os tendréis que esperar para ver más.

And this will be another picnic table for fairies or just for a beautiful dollhouse garden....you will have to wait until I can show you more...
