Un regalo para una niñas - A gift for a little girls

Este pequeño cuadro será un regalo para dos niñas pequeñas, hermanas. Me sobraban 3 modelos de hadas repetidas y pensé que podría hacer un mini bosque basado en el grande que estoy terminando. Espero que les llene la habitación de fantasia para que puedan soñar.

This small roombox will be a gift for two little girls, sisters. I was an execent of 3 models of repeated fairies and I thought that I might do a mini forest based on the big one that I am finishing. I hope that it could fill their room with fantasy in order that they could dream.

Ya queda poco... - Almost finished...

Necesito hacer algunos libros de medicina, así apilados en el suelo y alguna cosa más para la mesa auxiliar. También estoy haciendo un visor de radiografías y el título de médico enmarcado. Por supuesto cualquier idea será bienvenida como siempre.

I need to do some books of medicine, to piled up on the floor and more things for the side table. Also I am doing a X-ray photographies machine and something else... Any idea will be welcomed as always!

El cirujano loco va avanzando...¡Qué difícil es esto de moldear! Lleva en las manos un serrucho y la pata del pajarraco... Ahora quiero hacer una camilla para el pájaro, un suero ya que está en quirófano, la mesa del instrumental...ya veremos.

Picnic de Hadas - Fairies's Picnic

Ya no sé cuantas veces he cambiado el picnic.... Este es mi primer pastel de frutos rojos hecho con Fimo, también hice las cookies de chocolate y están además las galletas que me regaló Lauritxu ¡Gracias Laura!.
Creo que a las hadas les pega más una merienda dulce, ¿qué opinais?

I don't know how many times I have change the picnic...well, this is my first cake made by Fimo. I made also the chocolate cookies and you can see also the ones that Lauritxu (Laura from a miniature Spanish group with an execellent blog) gave me (Thank you Laura!)
I think that a sweet picnic suits more to the fairies, What do you think?

Cocina - Kitchen

Esta mini-cocina fue hecha hace unos 4 o 5 años, y fue un regalo para mi madre. Y sigue decorando su cocina.
Casi todo está comprado, aún no me atrevía a hacer mis propias miniaturas.

This mini kitchen was made 4 or 5 years ago and it was a gift to my mother. And it is still decorating her kitchen,
Almost all miniatures are bought because I was still afraid to create my own miniatures...

Mis avances con el Fimo - My Progress with Fimo

Necesitaba algunas setas para El bosc de las Fades (el bosque de las hadas) para que que crezcan entre la hierba y también para llenar una cesta. Y para otro proyecto que tengo en marcha y que espero sea un regalo para las hijas de mi cirujano (ya lo contaré más adelante). Así que ya que me había puesto con el Fimo haciendo diferentes tipos de setas, de paso intenté moldear unos caracoles...que bueno no están mal. Aquí tenéis el resultado.

I needed some mushrooms for The bosc de les Fades (The Fairies' Forest). I want to see them growing between the grass and also to fill a basket. I needed them also for another project that I have in progress that it will be a gift for my surgeon's daughters (I will explain it later on). So Whem I was starting with Fimo doing different types of mushrooms, I though that I could try to mold a few snails ... not so bad. Here you have the result.

Árbol Navidad en Miniatura - Miniature Christmas Tree

Ya se que ya estamos en Enero pero...Creo que aún le pondré algún detalle más para las siguientes Navidades. Es muy facil de hacer, en una base de porexpan en forma de cono se va pegando poupurri (del que venden perfumado) y luego se adorna como se quiera, yo lo he adornado en plateado con pequeñas piñas plateadas y alguna estrellita. Este árbol mide 14cm de altura pero puede hacerse más grande o más pequeño.

I know that we are in January but... I believe the tree needs some details more for the following Christmas. It is very easy to do, in a base of porexpan (cone shape) you only have to stick poupurri (shops sell it perfumed) and then you can decorated it as you want, I have adorned it in silvering with small silver pine cones and somelittle stars. This tree measures 14cm of height but you can do it bigger or smaller.

Tiesto al estilo Country - Country style Pot

Este pequeño cubo metálico (mide 7,5 cm) estava por casa totalmente plateado y sin ningún color. Así que decidí pintarlo hace unos años (en el 2005) con estilo country para poder poner pequeñas plantas en él.
Así salieron estas pequeñas ovejas, con la lana texturizada para que se perciva el relieve. La cenefa verde que la rodea, hecha con pequeñas semillas.

This small metallic bucket (it measures 7,5 cm) was at home totally silvered and without any color. So I decided to paint it a few years ago (in 2005) with country style to be able to put small plants in it
This way these small sheeps went out, with the wool textured in order that the relief can be perceived. The green trimming that surrounds it, was done with small seeds.

Estarcido - Stencil

Este mueble me lo regaló mi marido hace unos años por mi cumpleaños. Era de madera natural y lo lijé, teñí y decoré con hojas de hiedra con la técnica del estarcido.
Luego le pasé todas las capas de goma laca que pude.
Los tiradores estan craquelados.
Ahora este mueble adorna mi buhardilla, cerca de mi mesa de trabajo y esconde mil pequeñas cosas que guardo para mis manualidades y miniaturas.





This furniture was a gift few years ago, my husband gave it to me for my birthday.
It was made of natural wood and I sanded it, dyed and decorated with leaves of ivy with the Stencil technology.
Then I passed all the caps of lacquer that I could.
Now this furniture is in my garret, near my desk and it hides thousand small things that I store for my handymade crafts and miniatures.

Banco rústico de jardín - Rustic Garden Bench

Ya he colocado el banco rústico para que la hada hable más cómodamente con su amiga sentada en el columpio... El banco mide 9cm de altura en total y está adornado con musgo, líquenes y pequeñas florecillas y está hecho totalmente de madera recogida en el bosque.

Already I have placed the rustic banch in order that the fairy speaks more comfortably with her friend sat in the swing... The bench measures 9cm of height in whole and is adorned with moss, lichen and little flowers and is done totally of wood gathered in the forest.

Regalos de Navidad - Christmas gifts

El 1 de Enero, parte de la familia siempre viene a comer a casa a celebrar el Año Nuevo y siempre encuentran un regalo en el plato.
Este año ha sido una caja para guardar un juego de cartas para los hombres y una pequeña cajita decorada con flores secas y arenas para las señoras.

On January 1, part of my family always comes to have lunch at home to celebrate the New Year and always they find a gift in the plate.
This year has been a wooden box to store a deck of cards for the men and a small wooden box decorated with dry flowers and sands for the ladies.
