Banco de jardín en miniatura - Miniature garden bench

Compré este banco en madera sin pintar pensando si lo haría para dentro de casa o para el jardín. Ganó mi afición a los jardines, aunque muchas de las casas de muñecas no tengan. Da igual, me apetecía hacerlo en verde y con una hiedra enredándose en él. Por supuesto para darle un poco de vida, y como es habitual en mi, es un banco para relajarse leyendo un libro y tomando un te con algo dulce como un par de cupcakes o madalenas glaseadas. El jarrón con agua y flores le da un aire romántico al conjunto. Espero que os guste tanto como a mi. I bought this unpainted wooden bench wondering if it would be for indoors or the garden. Won my fondness for gardens, although many of dollhouses do not have it. Never mind, I wanted to do it in green with an ivy around it. Of course to give a little life, and as usual in me, is a bench to relax reading a book and drinking tea with something sweet like a couple of cupcakes. The vase with water and flowers gives a romantic air to the whole. I hope you enjoy it as much as me. Para el jardín en miniatura - For the miniature garden

La jardinería es uno de mis hobbys, me encantan las flores y la naturaleza, estudié Biología y eso probablemente también se nota en mis miniaturas. Siempre he tenido la terraza llena de flores y me encantaría tener una mesa de jardinería como estas para poder trabajar en mis flores un domingo de primavera con el sol que empieza a calentar y los pájaros trinando. Seria fantástico tener un jardín, con un pequeño estanque con peces de colores, alguna rana (que probablemente no me dejaría dormir al croar :) y tortugas o patos. Un jardín donde florezcan plantas bulbosas como los jacintos o narcisos y que también tuviese plantas perennes como la hiedra para mantenerlo verde toda la estación invernal.

Gardening is one of my hobbies, I love flowers and nature. My background is Biologist and probably this is reflected in my miniatures. I have always terrace full of plants and flowers I would love to have a potting bench like this one to work on my plants a Spring Sunday morning when the sun is shinning, the sky is blue and the birds are playing. It would be fantastic to have a little pond with golden fishes, turtles and ducklings. A garden where flowering bulbous plants like hyacinths or daffodils and perennials also had like ivy to keep it green all winter.

Una fuente en miniatura- A dollhouse fountain

Hacía tiempo que quería moldear una fuente de esas que ya no se hacen, una fuente de las olvidadas en un rincón de un jardín exuberante y un poco salvaje, de un jardín antiguo. Una vieja fuente, antigua, con historia. De esas que están rodeadas de árboles viejos que podrían contarnos mil historias, donde cerca hay una pérgola donde sentarse a la sombra y charlar o robar un beso...¿os lo imagináis conmigo?

Una fuente de donde brota agua fresca y buenísima, perfecta para el calor que ahora tenemos.

Una fuente hecha por artesanos, maestros talladores en piedra....Tal vez hay una leyenda sobre ella....

Y salvando las distancias, aquí la maestra artesana he sido yo ☺, a escala 1:12, por que está totalmente esculpida por mi, enterita. Espero que os guste!!

From long time ago I wanted to sculpt a fountain, one of those that now nobody does, one forgotten fountain in a garden of a wild and lusy garden, an ancient garden. And old foutain with history. One of those surronded by old and tall trees that could tell us thousands stories, close to a pergola in the shadow where to cheat or where to steal a kiss. Can you imagine this with me?

A source of good and fresh water, perfect for the heat in summer.

A fountain made by artisans, master carvers in the stone....Perhaps someone explain a legend about this fountain.

Andrelatively speaking, here the master ctaftsmen's me, ☺ at 1:12 scale, it is completely sculpted by me, the whole piece. Hope you like it.!!

Mini jardín romántico - Romantic mini garden

Cuando empezó la primavera hace unas semanas vi una foto en un blog que me encanta (sobre decoración) y la puse en Pinterest (mi cuenta es esta http://pinterest.com/evaperendreu/). La foto  me gustó mucho (la vereis al final) y aunque evidentemente esto no es una reproducción, si que me sirvió para inspirarme.

Pensaba en un trocito de un jardín encantador, en una mañana de primavera o en un tarde de verano, donde tomarse un trocito de tarta, con un te y leer un libro relajadamente. O en este caso empezar a escribir un diario con lo que a una le apetezca. Con los pájaros cantando y jugando y el olor dulzón de las flores y con esa luz tan maravillosa a través del verde de las hojas de  los árboles.. en uno de esos momentos que parece que el tiempo se detenga.

Unos jarrones, shabby o vintage, desiguales, con flores recién cortadas del jardín para dar un aire fresco y porque no, un poco romanticón a la pequeña escena. La vajilla de porcelana, bastante vintage, encontrada en una vieja tienda de segunda mano buscando tesoros....

Eso es lo que pensé y esto es lo que ha salido en escala 1:12. Espero que os imaginéis la escena y os guste.

When spring started few weeks ago, I saw a picture in one of my favorites blogs (about decoration) and I pinned it into my board in Pinterest (http://pinterest.com/evaperendreu/). I loved that picture (you will see it at the end of this post) and although this is not an identical copy, it was enough for my inspiration.

I though in a small part of a lovely garden, in a spring morning or in a summer afternoon, where you can eat a cake portion with a cup of tea and read a book relaxingly. Or in this case starting a diary (diario in Spanish) with the thoughts that you want. With the birds singing and playing, the sweet fragrance of the flowers and the wonderful light thought the green leaves of the trees...in one of those moments when the time seems to stop.

Vintage or shabby flower vases, never equal, when flowers recently cut from the garden to give a fresh look and why not! Romantic too to this little scene. The China, of course very vintage, found in a little second hand shop while we looked for some treasures.

All this is what I thought and this is what I have done in 1:12 scale. Hope you can imagine the scene and you like it.

Estanques en miniatura y Feria Online - Miniature ponds and Online Mini Show

En la pasada Feria de miniaturas de Barcelona llevé 4 estanques y se vendieron super rápido, incluso tuve que hacer uno por encargo. La  verdad es que son muy agradables de hacer y quedan preciosos en cualquier rincón del jardín. He hecho un par más, uno para Etsy y otro para Evolve Miniaturas. Uno tiene un pez naranja y el otro negro, los dos tienen patitos y nenúfares pero uno tiene una ranita y el otro una tortuguita. Parece que todos ellos se observan entres si.

A mi me parece que forman una bonita composición, ¿que os parece?

In the last Barcelona miniature Show I did 4 ponds and they were sold sooo fast, and I had to do one more comissioned. Now, I have done two more. They are very nice to do and I tink that look beautiful in every garden, one if for selling in Etsy and the other one for a Barcelona miniature shop, Evolve miniaturas.

One has a ornage golden fish and a frog together with the duckling and the other one a black fish with a turtle and also a duckling. Every one is wathchin the others ☺

Mi tienda estará bajo "Dealers III" con el nombre de "Handmade by Eva Perendreu". Registraos y cotillead ☺. Toso será visible cuando empieza la Feria el 9 de Marzo, hasta entonces solo se ve lo que se sortea.

Mesa de Jardinería (y 3) en miniatura - Dollhouse Potting Bench (and 3)

Antes de todo muchas gracias por todo el apoyo que me habéis dado por participar en la Feria de Miniaturas online que se ha celebrado este fin de semana. Mi mesa marinera-náutica se ha vendido (aquí si queréis verla) así que como no tenia expectativas estoy contenta. Repetiré en la próxima feria online. Ah! Y por cierto, he ganado una de las cosas que sorteaban, en este caso ha sido material para mis minis :)

Y como lo prometido es deuda, aquí tenéis la tercera y última de las mesas de jardinería que he hecho para la feria de Barcelona o para cuando sea. Todas diferentes aunque todas parecidas. Entre muchos pequeños detalles, esta tiene un pequeño recipiente romántico lleno de agua donde el pajarito intenta beber, hay un jacinto rosa en una maceta de cerámica azul y una cestita con flores recién cogidas, por supuesto la maceta con la planta a medio transplantar y debajo hojas recién cogidas del césped del jardín con el rastrillo y las botas llenas de tierra (se puede oler ese oler tan bueno a tierra mojada y a hierba después de la lluvia :) )

First of all thank you very much for all the support you have given me to participate in the 2nd Online Miniatures Show which was held this weekend. My dollhouse nautical table has been sold (see here if you want to see it) so as I had no expectations I'm happy. I will repeat at the next online show.And I am one of the wineer of the door prizes, Yeah!! Raw material for my minis :)

And as promised, here is the third and final of my gardening working tables, another potting bench that I've done for the Miniature Barcelona Show or wherever. All different but all similar. Among many little details, this is a romantic small container filled with water where the bird tries to drink, there is a pink hyacinth in a China blue pot,a basket of freshly picked flowers and of course the transplanting plant board. Beneath freshly picked leaves from the garden with the rake and dirty yellow boots (you can smell the wet soil and grass after the rain:))
