1000 Gracias, SORTEO - 1000 Thanks, GIVEAWAY

Hace una semana mi página de Facebook de 17 meses de edad llegó a los 1000 seguidores (hoy ya 1034). Ilusión es poca la que me hizo!!! Y este blog está a 11 personas para llegar a los 800

Así que hice una pequeña encuesta en Facebook para ver que queríais que sortease entre miniaturas, un busto personalizado, pendientes, un curso de los que doy....Y ganó una miniatura.

Este es el aperitivo de los que llevará....habrá más

One week ago my Facebook page, with 17 months of age, arrived to 1000 followers (today 1034). I was really happy! And this blog needs only 11 people to 800. So I did a small survey on Facebook to see what you wanted to draw between miniature, a personalised bust, earrings, a workshop .... And the winner was a miniature. This is the appetizer that will be .... I will do more but You can start participating if you want.

Tu en miniatura a escala 1/12 - You in miniature at 1/12th scale

Hace unas semanas recibí un mensaje pidiéndome un Mini Tu, una réplica en miniatura de su madre pero a escala 1/12 para poder ponerla dentro de una escena. Todo un reto porque mis Mini Tu miden unos 19cm y tienen la base ancha llena de cosas relacionadas con la persona.
Lo he hecho con cariño porque ella ya no está con su familia y claro me ha hecho recordar de un modo bonito a mi madre que murió hace casi 7 meses ya.
La figura mide 16.5cm, base incluida y está totalmente moldeada por mi con arcilla polimérica.
Ella está de pie, se aguanta perfectamente, con su vestido preferido.
Según me han contado de momento no irá a la escena porque se la queda su marido. Muchas gracias por haber confiado en mi para algo tan personal.


Some weeks ago I Received a message ordering me a Mini you but in 1/12th scale, a replica in miniature of his mother because he want to place it inside a roombox. A challenge because my Mini You usually measures about 19.5cm and the base is full of items related with the person.
I like it very much, I have do it with affection because she is not with her family and this reminds my mother that died almost 7 months ago.
The doll measures 16.5cm, base included, and it is totally sculpted by me with polymer clay. She is stand up alone with her favourite dress.
As my costumer have told me, it seems that she will not place it inside the roombox because her husband want to keep her with him. Thank you so much for trusting on me for something very personal.

Una fuente en miniatura- A dollhouse fountain

Hacía tiempo que quería moldear una fuente de esas que ya no se hacen, una fuente de las olvidadas en un rincón de un jardín exuberante y un poco salvaje, de un jardín antiguo. Una vieja fuente, antigua, con historia. De esas que están rodeadas de árboles viejos que podrían contarnos mil historias, donde cerca hay una pérgola donde sentarse a la sombra y charlar o robar un beso...¿os lo imagináis conmigo?

Una fuente de donde brota agua fresca y buenísima, perfecta para el calor que ahora tenemos.

Una fuente hecha por artesanos, maestros talladores en piedra....Tal vez hay una leyenda sobre ella....

Y salvando las distancias, aquí la maestra artesana he sido yo ☺, a escala 1:12, por que está totalmente esculpida por mi, enterita. Espero que os guste!!

From long time ago I wanted to sculpt a fountain, one of those that now nobody does, one forgotten fountain in a garden of a wild and lusy garden, an ancient garden. And old foutain with history. One of those surronded by old and tall trees that could tell us thousands stories, close to a pergola in the shadow where to cheat or where to steal a kiss. Can you imagine this with me?

A source of good and fresh water, perfect for the heat in summer.

A fountain made by artisans, master carvers in the stone....Perhaps someone explain a legend about this fountain.

Andrelatively speaking, here the master ctaftsmen's me, ☺ at 1:12 scale, it is completely sculpted by me, the whole piece. Hope you like it.!!

Mini busto personalizado - Mini personalized bust

Uno de mis hermanos, Jordi, hoy cumple 50 años...¿el regalo? le he hecho un "Maxi cabezón" ☺

Hacía tiempo que quería hacer una variación de mis Mini Tu así que le he hecho un busto, muy cabezón, eso sí que queda más simpático. 

Jordi es un apasionado del Barça (en la espalda de su "mini Cabezón" lleva también los colores azul grana), le encanta el espacio, la historia egipcia, saber de mil cosas.... La foto es de la família entera , mi família,con nuestra querida y añorada madre en el centro, matriarca de todos. Y lleva un pastel de cumpleaños con un 50 para recordar la fecha.

Aquí nos tenéis a los tres. ¡Felicitats Jordi! Espero que la nueva etapa te llena de buenas vibraciones, ilusión y de muchas buenas sonrisas.

Today one of my brothers, Jordi, turn out 50 years old...my gift? I have done his "Maxi head" ☺

It was something that I had in my head from long time ago, a variation of my Mini You, so I did a personalized bust, the head quite big but if funniest. 

Jordi, love soccer, European football, and big supported of FC Barcelona team, on the back of his "Mini head" he wear also the colours, he loves the space, the egyptian history,....learn about thousand things....The picture is one of the whole family, my family, with our beloved and missed mother in the center. And a birthday cake with a tiny 50.

Here we have, the three of us ¿Happy birthday Jordi! Hope this new part of your life comes with wonderful good vibrations, illusion and a lot of laughs.

Mini Tu, figuras personalizadas - Mini You

Hacía muchos días que no os enseñaba mis figuras personalizadas, mis Mini Tú como yo les llamo. Moldeadas a mano con arcilla polimérica.

It has a while since the last time that I posted about my Mini You, personalized dolls, totally handmade sculptures with polymer clay.

Ella es una gran persona, muy dedicada a los demás. Se jubilaba y sus compañeros de trabajo quisieron hacerle algo muy especial como despedida con este Mini Tú que me encargaron. Muy elegante ella, apasionada de la música, del teatro, de los viajes, voluntaria...

She is a lovely woman, very friendly and taking care of everybody. The retirement was close and her coworkers decided to prepare a very special farewell with this Mini You that they comissioned.

She is very elegant, loves music, theater, travelling, is voluntary....

Ha cumplido 50 años y unos amigos muy cercanos a él y que le quieren mucho a él y a su família, encargaron este Mini Tú.

Forofo del fútbol pero sobretodo del Barça. Le encanta el verano, la playa....y tumbarse a la sonbra con una coca-cola y unas patatas fritas. Eso si, cuando está en casa no suelta el mando a distancia de la tele☺. Una de sus características es que aunque se afeite siempre se les ve la sombra de la barba.

He has turned out 50, a very close friends that love hin and his family, comissioned his Mini You.

Soccer  (football for us) fanatic, in special about FC Barcelona team. Loves the sun and beach...and lay on the shadow with a Coke and chips. But when he is a t home he always have the TV remote control with him ☺. One of the characteristics is that although she shaves every day you always can see a stubble shadow.

Está guapa chica cumplía años y su madre quiso reproducir esa foto en concreto. Le añadimos unas guías de viaje porque le encanta viajar, unas mariquitas que también le gustan mucho y la música porque está relacionada con su trabajo.
It was the birthday of this beautiful young woman, and her mother wanted to reproduced this picture. I added some travelling guides because he loves to travel, ladybirds and music because is related to her work.

Ahora estoy haciendo seis Mini Tú más, una pareja joven que está a punto de casarse (con lo que será uno de sus regalos de boda), y tres más para gente que cumplirán 50, 50 y 60 años ☺ Shhhhhhh.....que es una sorpresa ☺ Ah! y un reto, un Mini You a escala 1:12!!

Now I am doing 5 "Mini You" more, a young couple that is getting marriage very soon (so it is one of the wedding gifts), and three more for people that turns out 50, 50 and 60 years old ☺ Shhhhhh.....it is a surprise ☺ Ah! and a challenge, a Mini You in 1:12 scale.

Talleres miniaturas Drap - Workshop and miniatures

Estas son mis últimas miniaturas, una mesa que es un Festival de fresa y chocolate y un par de mesas marineras más pequeñas que las que acostumbro hacer aunque siguen siendo escala 1:12.

Esta mesa para un obrador de pastelería o para una cocina muy alegre y una de las naúticas son las miniaturas que protagonizan talleres en Drap (Barcelona). Clicad en las fotos para hacerlas más grandes.

Those are my latest miniatures, a table that a Festival of chocolate and strawberry and a couple o nautical table, smaller that the one that I used to do, but still 1:12 scale.
